How nice to have a warm Halloween!!!!!! It was a perfect night....more so because my Logan was there and so happy. He swallowed a penny the night before and it got stuck in his esophogas! Luckily it didn't go down the windpipe or we might have lost him. Regardless, we ended up in the ER here in town and then were transferred up to Children's in Minneapolis by ambulance. From there they ordered an operating room, knocked him out, intubated him, and went in with a probe after the penny.

Gabe's only comment........"that's one expensive penny....."

Logan was running around "Happy Halloweening" everyone he met the next day. It was a WONDERFUL Halloween :-)

September visit from Jack to MN!

Jack came to visit his dad in September for a week. He wore us all out with his energy and there were many adventures. Here are a few pics for those folks who haven't seen either Jack or Jesse for quite some time!

Fall in MN--10/15/08

It doesn't get any better than Fall in MN. This is one of the best I can remember. We've had rain at all the right times and the colors have been truly spectacular. Its a bit past its prime here at Big Woods State Park, but beautiful still.

We all went for a hike yesterday.

We spent a beautiful fall day at the Arboretum (I have no idea if I spelled that right!) with MOlly, gram, and the papa! MOlly found herself a boyfriend :-)
